    Order Processing & Cancellation

    At Diserfurn, each piece of furniture, from our plush fabric sofas to our elegant dining tables, is prepared with care to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and design. Our processing time is typically 3-5 business days, which is longer than standard retail, as we often coordinate the final preparation and protective packaging of items like space-saving shelving units and stylish accent chairs. During peak seasons, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected]. After this period, your order moves into the final stages of preparation and packaging and cannot be canceled. However, our generous return window provides ample opportunity for reconsideration.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We are confident in the comfort and craftsmanship of our furniture. You may return any new, unused item in its original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. This extended period accounts for the time needed to fully assess larger items like sofas and tables in your home environment. Exchanges for a different item or color are subject to product availability and must also be initiated within this 30-day window. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.


    Return Conditions

    To ensure the continued quality of our collection for future customers, all returns must strictly adhere to the following conditions: (1) The item must be in its original, saleable condition—unassembled, unused, and free from any stains, odors, scratches, or damage. (2) All original manufacturer packaging, including protective wraps, cardboard, and hardware, must be included and intact. (3) All tags, labels, and documentation must be present. Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the item's value or may be refused and sent back to you at your expense. Our quality team performs a thorough inspection upon receipt.


    Refund Processing

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. This timeframe allows for our detailed inspection process to ensure the integrity of the returned furniture. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be posted to your account after we have processed it.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our mistake (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Diserfurn is not liable for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. For your safety and to prevent damage, please repack the item securely in its original packaging. For exchanges of high-value items, we may, at our discretion, provide a prepaid return shipping label.


    Damaged or Defective Items

    Your satisfaction with the quality of our furniture is paramount. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs or video of the damage or defect. We will promptly arrange for a free return and, based on your preference and stock availability, either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges. This policy underscores our commitment to delivering the high-quality, design-focused furniture you expect.


    Special Circumstances

    Customized furniture, including special fabric selections or dimensions, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For purchases made during major promotional or holiday periods (e.g., Black Friday through Christmas), the return window will be explicitly stated at the time of purchase and is typically extended. Diserfurn reserves the right to limit or refuse future returns or exchanges from customers with a pattern of excessive returns, which we define as returning more than 40% of purchased items within a calendar year.
